Our recently departed LTHS football coach seems to have changed his name in 2007. I had noticed in another document that all LTISD teachers are required to sign regarding student confidentiality he signed his name as “Coach Dicus.”

I certainly hope that Miss Thompson will take time from her speaking engagement to enlighten the LTISD “Team of Eight” about “what’s important in life!” I doubt that they would listen anyway, they already have enough “integrity” or so they say.

Did you know what the Eanes ISD put in their “2007 ANNUAL REPORT TO THE COMMUNITY?”

I have to say that the Eanes ISD’s “2007 ANNUAL REPORT TO THE COMMUNITY” is very interesting reading.

The first thing that strikes you about the Eanes ISD’s2007 ANNUAL REPORT TO THE COMMUNITY” is that they are “Engaging!”. They say it at least nine times in their five page report. (more…)

By the looks of the web site stats, the LTISD is my greatest web site supporter!

I launched a new and improved look to this web site on January 1, 2008. Between January 1, 2008 and January 12, 2008, the LTISD accounted for over 30% of all site hits! Contrast this to my second highest reader with only 5.6% of the site’s hits!

Did you know what work is to be included in the LTISD demographics study?

The statement of work shows the material to be included in this report.TPIA Having already seen the presentation, it is an interesting report and can enlighten anyone about a lot of facts in our community, not just about the LTISD. You can download part of it on the district’s web page, but from what I have heard, you really want to ask them for a copy of the notebook material they have distributed to the Attendance Boundary Committee.
