Joe F. Smith at the TexasISD.com communicates to school districts on a daily basis. His December 2, 2009 commentary was directed to school districts and the tax payers are fed up with the wasteful spending of their local school districts.

Funny, but the excessive salaries of overpaid superintendent’s such as Rocky Kirk is number one in the top five issues that tax payers have with school districts.

Note that Joe references gleaned his conclusions from comments to a Houston Chronicle article: “School districts still feeling the squeeze.”
