LTISD Info

Recently I encountered a document presented at a board meeting regarding their dismal TEA rating for 2009. (Remember, the LTISD was rated “Academically Acceptable” in 2009 after being “Recognized” in 2008.)

I noticed that the presentation was made by a Moak Casey & Associates. Well one thing led to another and I find that Moak Casey & Associates, with the help of another school based business, Cambridge Strategic Services made a presentation: “The Challenge of a Rollback Election.”

Interesting reading and I would encourage you to read it as well.

Well, the district not only feels a need to for an unnecessary tax increase, but do they have to spend more of our money getting help to do it?

Is the district employing consultants to help them take more of our money?

There seem to be no end to the number of leaches out there to help take our money.
