Did you know that the district had an issue with supervised staff time used for non-school purposes?
After receiving a tip, I looked into an allegation that the district released freon into the air, a violation of Federal statutes and environmentally unsound.
Supposedly the claims regarding the release are being looked into by the EPA, but something else came up on the radar: unauthorized use of staff time in the reclamation of metals from air conditioners removed from the Lake Travis Elementary school.
I have obtained documents regarding this matter and have posted them for your review.TPIA
Just makes you ask, what else is going on that the district wants to keep quiet?
