LTISD Info

It turns out the in reality, the LTISD has sought an Attorney General opinion regarding TPIA requests 113 times between January 1, 2005 and February 23, 2009 (last time I took a data snap shot).

I thought I would take the time to show that the LTISD, or should I say, the lawyers for the district,  made 113 requests. It was best to show reality before Susan Bohn goes out and blows that number up to 113,000 or more!

By the way, not all of those requests for an Attorney General’s opinion are related to my TPIA requests! Also, you should see just how many times the Attorney General ruled that the district may withhold all documents, hmm …
