I have obtained a copy of the criteria supposedly used by our board to evaluate Rocky’s performance.^TPIA

Unfortunately we aren’t allowed to see the results so we can better judge for ourselves just why the board keeps dolling out pay raises to an already over paid bureaucrat.

If the board keeps spending this kind of money for mediocre performance, just what would they pay for an exemplary superintendent?
