Yes, the district subscribes to the Westlaw on-line legal publications.^TPIA Why? Doesn’t seem like anyone at the LTISD reads the law let alone their own policies.

Case in point: Why is Susan Bohn so ignorant about Federal laws such as Family Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA)?
