Using TEA data going back to 1988, we can see the salary growth rate of the LTISD. The data shown below is the average salary of the LTISD teachers, professional support staff, campus administrators and central administrators from 1988 through 2007.

Now if that isn’t enough, using the same TEA data, I have graphed the LTISD student growth from 1988 through 2007 and even applied my own prediction of growth until 2015. Let’s see how the predication turns out.
