LTISD Info

I suspected for some time now that J. David Thompson (the super duper Bracewell and Giuliani lawyer who hallucinates about ‘abuse of governmental processes.’) was a lobbyist for the LTISD.

Well all you have to do is look up his name on the Texas Ethics Commission’s web site and you will find out the following:

Let’s see now:

• First, J. David Thompson convinces Rocky and the rest of the ‘Team of Eight’ that they should sue me for ‘abuse of governmental processes.’
• J. David Thompson’s law firm (Bracewell and Giuliani) profits handsomely from this needless persecution of citizens and tax payers!
• J. David Thompson then takes MORE of OUR tax dollars to go and lobby OUR legislature to “make the big, bad, mean dad and tax payer stop asking questions of the poor old LTISD.” I wonder if he told the LTISD to say that I “harassed, besieged, and attacked” the district.

Judging from the events which have taken place, I would say that hiring J. David Thompson has done nothing more that cost the tax payers a lot of money and resulted in the passage of some bad legislation?

I have been told that it was the great legal mind of J. David Thompson who conceived of HB2564. And to think he did not know the definition of an FCC issued station license? I should remind J. David Thompson that “the devil is in the details.”
