Rocky facilitated a Pflugerville ISD Board of Trustees team building workshop on September 7, 2006.
It seems like he did consult. I don’t think that he “facilitates” for free! But who knows.
Couldn’t the Pflugerville ISD have picked someone better?
This sounds like something that Gary Wrinkle would do as an extension of his consulting.
You can read the minutes of the Pflugerville ISD Board of Trustees which says:
“The annual Board of Trustees team building workshop was conducted by facilitator, Dr.
Rocky Kirk, Superintendent of Lake Travis ISD.”
I’ve got some questions …
Did the board approve Rocky’s consulting?
If they board gave Rocky approval, then why did the LTISD Board have to do that cryptic “Payment By Other Entity To R. Kirk” during their August 13, 2007 Board Workshop?
Did it take the Pflugerville ISD that long to pay Rocky?
If the Pflugerville “facilitation” was not the “Payment By Other Entity To R. Kirk” then what was it and why did the the LTISD Board have to approve it and not the Pflugerville “facilitation?”
So many unanswered questions, so many people trying to avoid answers …
