We have a yet another document which tells what is was like to work for “Loosey Goosey.”TPIA
I have obtained a copy of another exit “Employee Questionnaire”TPIA
The exit letters tells how “Loosey Goosey” caused the affected ex-employee’s grandson to cry! Good work “Loosey Goosey!”
Would this be an example of how “Loosey Goosey” applied her skills: “Able to develop productive relationships with colleagues, customers and staff at all levels.”
It seems that “Loosey Goosey” treats the staff the same way she treated the parents of the district.
We parents already know how she treated us, but fortunately for the parents that has all changed for the better!
Unfortunately for the rest of the LTISD, “Loosey Goosey” is still lurking about.
She is now masquerading as the LTISD Director of Community Programs.
I guess Rocky had to put her somewhere until the her contract is up? Sadly that won’t be until 2009.
I tell you again, I can’t make stuff like this up!
“Loosey Goosey’s” own resumeTPIA says:
“Master degreed mid-management certified professional with doctorate level superintendent coursework holds record of success in innovative leadership and managing change in exemplary school districts.”
*(The LTISD is NOT exemplary, only “academically acceptable,” for the last two consecutive years)“Persuasive communicator possessing well-developed presentation and negotiation skills.”
“Extensive experience recruiting, hiring and developing leadership talent.”
“Able to develop productive relationships with colleagues, customers and staff at all levels.”
“Elevated standards of practice levels which resulted in retention of staff”
“Loosey Goosey,” what happened between the writing of your resume and these two documented events?
“Loosey Goosey’s” resume seems to be the complete antithesis of her performance at the LTISD! She should have conjured one of those mission statements like the LTISD’s indecipherable, vocabulary expanding District Improvement Plan.
Perhaps “Loosey Goosey” should have used “vertically and horizontally aligned” a few times?
Finally, “Loosey Goosey” says in her “Previous Experience” submissionTPIA:
“List special career-related workshops you have attended/presented as well as any areas of specialty such as Whole Language, etc.
`How to Prepare for Due Process Hearings’ Regional and State Trainer
`Developing Programs for Students with Autism’ State and National Presenter”
“Loosey Goosey,” why didn’t you mention your participation in “Autism: The Sky is Falling!?”
“Loosey Goosey,” did you participate in “Autism: The Sky is Falling!” before or after coming to the LTISD?
“Loosey Goosey,” was “Autism: The Sky is Falling!” a state and/or national presentation?
“Loosey Goosey,” how much money did you get paid for your participation in “Autism: The Sky is Falling!”
“Loosey Goosey,” tell us, who is “Chicken Little?” I think I know who he is, but “Loosey Goosey” should be able to confirm it.
“My philosophy of education embraces strong beliefs in educating the total child. Providing nurturing environments where students are free to take risks and teachers give priority to teaching students hearts and minds. Using shared decision making positive leadership approaches and creative problem solving we empower teachers to take ownership of teaching beyond the academics.”
Now we know where Rocky gets his “hearts and minds!”
“Specify any awards, honors, organizations, activities, etc., applicable to the position for which you are applying.
High School: Home Coming Queen, Most Likely to Succeed”
“Loosey Goosey,” voted “most likely to succeed?!” Succeed at what?
“Home Coming Queen?” Not exactly “Loosey Goosey’s” style.
Hey Rocky, did you know about this? It was Rocky who promoted “Loosey Goosey” to the Director or Special Services.
Remember Rocky?
Here is a document showing Rocky’s decision to hire her.TPIA
Imagine that, Rocky’s hands are not so clean.
By the way, was it Rocky’s decision to hire Gary Wrinkle and why?
Rocky had Cynthia Clinesmith call me and ask my opinion as to whether or not “Loosey Goosey” should be promoted to the position of LTISD Director of Special Education? (Cynthia told me that she was calling on Rocky’s behalf regarding that matter.)
I do remember warning Cynthia about making such a foolish decision, but Rocky went ahead and did it anyway.
Which always made me wonder why did Rocky order Cynthia to call and seek my opinion?
Rocky, not only made the decision to promote “Loosey Goosey,” but he also retained her in that position for over 2 years!
Rocky was forewarned and yet he proceeded again with another detrimental decision. So much for any claim of “plausible deniability.”
Now was Rocky inept (something we already know) or was Rocky ignorant about what was going on (leading back to how inept he really is)?
- “The duties of the Superintendent include:
- Assuming administrative responsibility and leadership for the planning, organization, operation, supervision, and evaluation of the education programs, services, and facilities of the District and for the annual performance appraisal of the District’s staff.
- Except as provided by Education Code 11.202, assuming administrative authority and responsibility for the assignment and evaluation of all personnel of the District other than the Superintendent” LTISD written Board Policy BJA(LEGAL)
- “2. Demonstrate effective planning and management of District administration, finances, operations, and personnel. To accomplish this, the Superintendent shall:
k. Oversee a performance appraisal process for all staff that reinforces a standard of excellence and assesses deficiencies; ensure that results are used in planning for improvement.” LTISD written Board Policy BJA(LOCAL)
Did you know that “Loosey Goosey” needs a new Administrative Assistant? »« Did you know that the LTISD has been named to yet another list?
