Did you know who get’s paid how much at the LTISD?

I have recently obtained the salary schedule for the employees of the LTISD and have posted it for your benefit.^TPIA

I have taken the data and sorted it by name, position, organization and total pay. Some statistics have also been included to help look at the “big picture.”

Let’s look at some interesting information gleaned from this document:

• The LTISD’s in house counsel, Susan Bohn, who started out with a salary in the $90,000 range is now making $125,000 per year! Another fantastic one year pay raise. Just what did she do to deserve such a pay raise? Performance doesn’t seem to matter, just look at Rocky and his history of fantastic pay raises. Rocky can’t seem to manage well the district and yet he still he gets huge pay raises. Just how many “Fortune 500″ companies would allow that?

Just who doles out the pay raises and on what facts do they base their decisions? Obviously the tax payers are not considered by the LTISD, a publicly funded government agency.

• Serene Hills already has one employee!
• The district employees 771 people comprising a total salary budget of $29,871,385.84.
