Did you know that the relationship between the LTISD and their construction contractor Thos S. Byrne, Ltd. has not been so congenial?

Who would have known? All I kept hearing at Board meetings was just how well the Hudson Bend construction was going. Little did we know some of the details.

I have obtained information that our district did not willingly share with us. Now you can read the exchanges that took place between the contractor, the LTISD and their lawyers regarding Hudson Bend and Serene Hills.TPIA Read all about it for yourself since we can’t rely on the district to tell us the real facts.

I only have documents through May of this year, but I will update this web site when I get any new information.

Of course our district does not want you to know all of the details since it might make them look bad. Imagine that!

Recently the Board approved the use of the law firm of Brackett & Ellis (August 27, 2007) since their attorney in this mess, Lynn Rossi Scott, left Bracewell & Giuliani to work at Brackett & Ellis.
