Here is a picture of the concrete access ramp outside of the LTISD Special Education Building.
Was this vandalism the work of Pamela Carroll (PC)? Remember, Pamela Carroll, the ex-Special Services Director who has been exiled to the Community Programs department and is associated with “Autism: The Sky is Falling!?” where she is listed as “Loosey Goosey.”
If it is some more of her handy work, she leaves behind yet another permanent mark on the LTISD.
If a student did this, would they be subject to the student code of conduct? What about employees?
