The LTISD recently posted yet another reorganization of the LTISD Administration. This is the 8th reorganization since May 2005!
Rocky keeps shuffling the chairs around hoping that “the results will take care of themselves”.
What brought on this reorganization?
Rocky makes me think of the Captain of a sinking ship. Instead of trying to save the ship, Rocky is ordering the crew to re-arrange the deck chairs while sitting comfortably in his life boat!
Again, activity gives the perception of progress, until the TEA tells you that your district is only “Academically Acceptable”, again.
I guess that this will warrant yet another pay raise? For that much money we shouldn’t we see some meaningful management of the district and not just a continuous game of “musical chairs”?
