See the district’s own graph of expected and actual cumulative costs for the construction of this schoolTPIA. The Board members who supposedly have backgrounds in construction and finance were not alarmed by the significant deviation in the schedule?

Simply looking at the divergence of the expected and actual expenses should have set off alarm bells much earlier.

This reminds me of a question similar to that that asked by Senator Howard Baker during the Watergate scandal:

“What did they know, and when did they know it?”
