Did the LTISD Board of Trustees have a quorum of members present when they visited Senator Wentworth on March 27th?

It appears that the email from Mayo Davidson (see below for more interesting information regarding this email) would cause us to ponder such things.

  • If so, would that be a violation of the Texas Open Meetings Act?
  • Just what did they discuss and was a record of their meeting made?
  • Did they post an agenda of their meeting?
