Do you know who composed the outrageous LTISD “Public Comment Guidelines and Registration Form?”

Remember, this is that document that the LTISD Board of Trustees insists that you sign before you address them during that part of the agenda called “Audience Comments.”

I have previously addressed this issue and you can read about it below.

The outrageous LTISD “Public Comment Guidelines and Registration Form” was authored be none other than our current board president Susan Tolles! Why does it take the president of the LTISD Board of Trustees to write such a document which is clearly a slap in the face of the First Amendment, you know, that first part of our nation’s constitution guaranteeing freedom of speech. Perhaps Mayo Davidson should explain it to her.

How do I know? When you author a Microsoft Word document, as Susan did, it attaches “properties” to the file which can be viewed by anyone who obtains a copy of the document. This file is available from the LTISD web site and you too can observe the information shown below for yourself. (Update, as of 5/1/2007, this form has been removed and replaced with a PDF file created by Linnea Bennett. See, the LTISD does monitor my web site!) But as a service to the community, I have retained a copy I downloaded earlier so you can see for yourself.
