Want your own electronic copy of the LTISD Student Directory?
Want to save yourself the expense of purchasing a written copy from the LTHS PTA?
I have recently obtained the 2008-2009 salaries for the employees of the LTISD and have posted them for your benefitTPIA (see links below) :
The evidence would tend to point to the fact the written LTISD Board policies are simply suggestions which the district, led by Rocky Kirk, follows when it is convenient to them.
Yes, the LTISD much like the Eanes ISD claims to be under full compliance with the Federal statutes mandated for accessibility, but when the rubber meets the road, they are found to be otherwise.
On June 25, 2008 I made a public information request to review the settlement agreement between the LTISD and the parents of a student in the district.
I received a letter from Susan Bohn on March 27, 2008 telling me that my public information requests had exceeded the 36 hour time limit recently established by the Texas Legislature (HB2564) and coded into Texas Government Code §552.275.
This just in!
The Texas Attorney General’s office recently issued an opinion saying:
Wow it has been a long time since I have posted new information regarding the antics of our local school administrators and school board!
It certainly has not been for the lack of material.
The LTISD.info suffered from a corrupted database.
Thanks for all the concerned emails I received during the down time.
