You can download part of it on the district’s web page, but from what I have heard, you really want to ask them for a copy of the notebook material they have distributed to the Attendance Boundary Committee.
It will aid your understanding as to why the LTISD is trying to expropriate the Grumbles Ranch. The demographics study shows that this is one of the few parcels of land not slated for development, thus easy pickings, or so they thought.
