Sean Casey, the new LTISD Assistant Superintendent for Technology and Information Systems Services seems to be unable to operate the district’s state of the art audio/video system. I wonder if he had a hand in drafting the specifications and request for quote for this equipment?
In a signed affidavit, Mr. Casey said:
