Did you know that Susan Tolles was supposed to take confidentiality training due to her violation of student confidentiality in her April 2006 letter to the LTISD community?TPIA, but was she the only culpable individual? Who allowed Ms. Tolles to utilize the district’s resources to post her letter and to use the district’s email database and network? Isn’t Dr. Kirk responsible for these resources?
